1957 — The Beginning
Radio Ware House was founded in 1957 by the visionary Late Mr. A. P. Mohanan, an electronics engineer trained in Kolkata. Returning to Madras, he opened a modest 100 sq. ft. showroom on Walajah Road, Anna Salai (Mount Road) — at a time when a car radio itself was considered a luxury.
Built on technical excellence, integrity and uncompromising customer satisfaction, that single showroom soon became synonymous with quality and innovation — the foundation of a legacy that, nearly 70 years on, has never opened a second branch.
